As I’ve mentioned before I am on a health challenge right now, well one of the things the coach wants us to do is upload a picture of a healthy meal we make at home (once a week) This was just lunch but it sure was tasty and it looked pretty. 🙂 Food journaling and calorie counting. It’s working, but it sure is hard. I do feel pretty hungry by supper time!Â
